I am a fully qualified hair and makeup artist with over 20 years of industry knowledge and practical experience in the application of makeup across all skin tones, styling of varying hair textures as well as both cutting and colouring.

Originally born in Hong Kong, I moved to London in the early 2000s to study hair and makeup at the London College of Fashion. After graduating, I completed an advanced hairdressing programme, achieving NVQ level 3 certification and qualifications.

My early career began with Burlingtons where I would participate in fashion shows and seminars in London and across the UK, in Switzerland and Germany. In 2006, an opportunity to become a “Redken Artist” was too hard to resist and so I decided to take this next step. Being a “Redken Artist” meant that I was part of a network consisting of a hand-picked group of individuals with specialised talents who were able to offer advanced training to fellow professionals in the industry. Furthermore, as a Redken artist, I would mentor and guide hair stylists in developing their skills, in order to realise their potential, whilst providing them with motivation and drive to maintain their passion, hunger and enthusiasm.

During my role as a Redken Artist, I was regularly involved in Redken’s major fashion shows such as ‘TRIBE’, as well as other major events like ‘The Alternative Hair Show’. My work on these shows were featured on national TV and showcased in a number of leading styling magazines at the time.
More recently, I was selected from a group of the UK’s leading wedding artists and featured in Channel 5’s documentary of “My Crazy Rich Asian Wedding, whereby I was lead hair and makeup artist for the styling of the participants on the show.
