• It would be useful to collect some pictures of hairstyles or makeup that you like and ones that you don’t like (this is helpful for us to understand your tastes as it can sometimes be difficult to describe styles that you don’t like), before the dat​e of the trial.
• A picture of your wedding dress is useful as a reference for the overall look you are aiming to achieve.
• We would also suggest bringing any hair accessories that you are planning to wear on the day (we offer a variety of hair accessories for your purchase).
• Please get your brows professionally threaded before your trial and wedding day. You can do this as close as two days before but avoid doing it the night before because there’s always potential for redness.

For peace of mind, if you decide to cancel your booking after your trial, we are happy to refund the remainder of your deposit minus the cost of the trial.

Kindly note:

• Notice for cancellation of a booking needs to be within 48 hours after the completion of the trial.
• The remaining balance (of 50%) is payable one month before the day of the wedding.

If a cancellation is received within 12 weeks and before 14 days of your wedding date then we will retain the full deposit amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of the wedding date will be subject to the total balance to be paid in full.

Trials and travel costs paid to the stylist are non-refundable.

Whilst we can travel to you for a trial, we would very much recommend that you come to our studio given that the lighting and setup is best-suited and optimised. It’ll also allow you to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and try out some hair accessories, which you may wish to consider wearing along with your bridal hair do.

During the trial, we will take some professional photographs of all the different looks – so you are able to see how your hair and makeup will show up on camera. The photographs we take are free for you to keep and to share with your loved ones.
